Travel · Yosemite National Park · July 2015

It's been 7 or so years since I've been to Yosemite National Park, and upon driving into the valley with my girlfriend, Christina (who had never been before), bits and pieces of nostalgia definitely struck. This time around, however, I had put together a list of locations that we both wanted to go and experience, especially considering that we were only there for the night and leaving sometime in the next day. We managed to hit up a bunch of beautiful spots, including but not limited to various locations of the lower valley, Glacier Point (both for sunset and photographing the milky way, since it was a new moon), Tunnel View, Valley View, and various parts of Upper Yosemite (via Tioga Road) like Tenaya Lake and Tuolumne Meadows. Simply put, the one night we spent at Curry Village simply wasn't enough. It's safe to say that we're already looking forward to the next time we'll be able to visit this beautiful place, but until then, we've got Portland, OR (in two weeks) to look forward to!
